Joined the ICICI group, the second largest banking group in India, in 1980. He has had varied exposure inareas such as client relationship, project finance, rehabilitation, systems and procedures, and accounts. His expertise inoperations, combined with a thorough academic background in finance and a flair for systems, has allowed him to re-engineer several of ICICI group's processes to make them among the most modern and enviable in the industry.
He was a Member of the Technology Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been a member of several other committees constituted by governmental bodies.
Mr. Srinivasan combines a comprehensive mix of academic qualifications and professional experience. He is a graduate in Mathematics from Madras University, India, and secured the First Rank in the university. Apart from being a rank holder in the Chartered Accountancy Examination, he is also a qualified Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary.
Having traveled widely around the world, he has a deep understanding of global business issues. He has also attended the Executive Development Programme at the Kelloggs School of Management in Chicago, USA, meant for aspiring top executives. |

Mr. Chintopanth oversees the finance, accounts, planning, and MIS functions of the company and its subsidiaries.
He is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of rich and varied experience in banking, treasury, accounts, MIS,audit, lease, hire purchase, and regulatory issues. He has been actively involved in areas of mergers, corporate planning,transfer pricing policies, US GAAP and dealing with the Reserve Bank of India and the Software Technology Parks of India.
Before joining 3i Infotech, he was Vice President - Finance at Polaris Software Lab Ltd. He has also been associated withvarious companies like ITC Classic Finance, AF Ferguson and Masterstrips. |

He joined 3i Infotech to manage the Chennai region and later in 2002, was deputed as the Senior Vice President of 3i Infotech Inc, USA, where he was spearheading the Enterprise Solution Group and subsequently, heading the Technology Services Group in USA and UK
Mr. Jagannathan has global experience of over 20 years in the fields of Management, Finance, Project Management,Technology Consulting and Business Development.
Prior to joining 3i Infotech, Mr. Jagannathan was managing the Oracle Technology Practice of UBICS Inc. USA. Earlier, as a Chartered Accountant and management consultant, he managed and directed a team of professionals to provide a
variety of Business, Management and Technology consulting for many MNC clients including ICICI, Citibank N.A, State Bank of India, HUDCO, Indian Bank, New Century Machinery Ltd., and Procter & Gamble Ltd.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Prabhakaran brings with him immense experience and expertise across a wide range of business areas in the IT industry in India, having had an outstandingly successful career in organizations such Wipro Infotech and Cable &Wireless.
In his last position, prior to joining 3i Infotech, Mr. Prabhakaran was Director - Sales & Marketing for Cable & Wireless, with business responsibility for India and Sri Lanka. He also directed business development for Middle East. In Wipro, he joined as Senior Marketing Executive and grew over the next 14 years to be the General Manager of the Technology Products Division, and subsequently, of Enterprise Services.
