We are talking about this bank garnering a mammoth market share in the Indian Vehicle Financing Market after the boom in the Indian Retail Credit off take
The client had different departments for each of the functions they carried out for their Post Loan Disbursement Function. This was very cumbersome till when Delta stepped in and created the software which helped eliminate these different departments. Delta helped the Client derive a fruitful Organization Structure. Bulk processing could be then done and also the Turn around Time was reduced to 24 hours.
